SOCIETY’S PURPOSES
To explore and encourage spiritual endeavors that help improve the spiritual and emotional health and
wellbeing of the wholistic human condition.
To promote the evolution of the human spirit into higher vibrational forms of existence.

To encourage communities of people working together and individually to act in ways to aid the health
and wellbeing of the planet and Universal Life Force Energy. To form a religious organization(s), /churche(s).as follows:
PURPOSES SUPPORTED: RAISE FUNDS To:
1) advance the use of religious and spiritual practices based on reason that recognizes individuals
experience through life challenges, attitudes, intentions and moral/ethical decisions.
2) advance the use of rational thought in conjunction with spiritual worship or ritual.
3) advance the religious traditions, rituals and knowledge, especially aboriginally, or folk alongside
scientific inquiry.
4) established places of worship in accordance with the traditions, rights and practice of our Tenants.
5) provide means by which a community of like minded people of similar religious policies can be
established.
6) establish, maintain and conduct multipurpose outreach programs, schools, social work, community
living and research facilities to encourage and facilitate the spread and development of spiritual
knowledge.
7) establishing numerous sacraments and spiritual practices designed to enhance and encourage the
spiritual presence and wellbeing of the human spirit..
8) provide fledging organizations funding and support to worship as they choose after submission for
approval by the Board of the Foundation.
Funding requests to the Board must show on application for funding that their usage of funds are in
alignment with the purposes of this Foundation.
THE CLASSES OR REGIONAL OR UNDERGROUPS OF MEMBERS THAT THE CORPORATION IS
AUTHORIZED TO ESTABLISH
The Foundation is authorized to establish 2 classes, lay members and Dedicant members are entitled
to receive notice of, attend and vote at all meetings of members of the Foundation.
STATEMENT REGARDING THE DISTRIBUTION OF PRIORITY REMAINING ON LIQUIDATION.
Any property remaining upon liquidations to be distributed to one or more qualified needs within the
meaning of Income Tax Act. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS IF ANY.
1) The Foundation shall be carried on without the purpose of gain for its members, and any profits or
other accretion to the corporation shall be used in further of his purpose.
2) Director shall serve without remuneration and no director shall directly or indirectly receive any profit
from her or his position as such as provided by then a director may be reimbursed for reasonable
expenses incurred incorporating user who’s. And director shall not be prohibited from receiving
compensation for services provided to the corporation in another capacity.
3) The Board may charge for memberships of waive that at their discretion. People will be required to
apply to the Board to become a member of the foundation.
4) Religious groups established under the foundation umbrella will establish their own membership fees
and submit documentation of their purposes and meeting decisions outlining their intended funding
use(s) and relevant historical activities that support their submitionto the Board of the Foundation….end
