When you buy this image, you get the Creator Rights to the image.  You can use it in any legal way you like.  If you would simply like a copy for your own personal use you can copy from this image.  However you can not sell it.  It is not for commercial use.  If you would like limited commercial use contact the society and make a deal.
You will receive a signed certificate from the creator who will relinquish their rights to the image and assign them to you.
The creator will retain the right to one copy of the image for personal use, That he can also sell but will not be able to make copies for sale or give the buyer any commercial rights.
