As far back as I can remember, I have been deeply engaged in a quest to understand what’s going on. Seeking to understand myself and others, I earned a B.Sc., M.A., and Ph.D., all in neuroscience. Since then, I have enjoyed exploring unified theories that help understand our place and time in this life. After a wedding, followed by a two-year stint counselling young offenders with substance use, I retooled and began a career in clinical psychology that continues to this day. Closing in on three decades as a psychotherapist, supporting hundreds of clients through their struggles has played a key role in my own personal development. As a licensed psychologist, I offer integrative self-therapy through animal-assisted and transpersonal pathways. Facilitating these pathways is a fascination with the interconnected practices of meditation, breathwork, Tai Chi, and chakra-balancing.
